when it comes to the fine, hot work, but seems to be going well, almost like the battery is empty, but I can not find a battery. who said my house is very cold and I need help.

Remove the lid and check the cable connections, you may have a loose connection. I checked the website of the company which produces thermostat, and show no batteries in the thermostat. If the cable connections are good, it is easy to replace the thermostat, if your cable color coded correctly. Works with low voltage 24 V AC.
Go buy a new thermostat. They are very easy to replace and does not cost much.
