How do I make a really short, ruffled skirt? - short skirts free
I was in a store and I saw some from sheer chiffon, a material that I thought would be perfect. I have a short pleated skirt (a bit of cosplay / lolita-check) with a mosaic of different materials. Thus, if one ever seen a website yourself instructions or model free download, please answer!
